who is strong - man or woman?

The following factors should be equal for one to know who is strong between a man and a woman

They should be of same:

1. height
2. age
3. health

The skeleton

This is the framework of the body built mainly of series of bones and provides body support

A mans skeleton is considered to be stronger since its made up of large and strong bones than that of a woman, the calcium level in body of man is about 1-2kg of which 97% is deposited in bone to increase its strength, this is more than a woman's calcium level

Muscle strenth

Ability to move or exert force provides organism with means of reacting to its environment

Skeletal muscle

Men are considered to be more muscular than women, htis enables him to exert more force than a woman.

The strong external intercostal muscle, internal intrcostal mucle and diaphragm in man expands and contract at faster rate increasing the thoracic cavity hence faster respiration rate to gain more energy than a woman.

Cardiac muscles

Are stronger than those of woman, this increases the rate at which heart pumps for facter circulation of blood to supply body cells increasing cells' activity

smooth musclses

Smooth muscle in the stomach ensures that the food is properly turned to chyle for proper action by digestive enzymes ,they are sronger in man than woman

The organ size

Larger body organs accelerates the production of energy for example a mans heart is about284g(from 240g-350g) and that of female is 258(from220g-280g)

These are just some of the factors to prove that a man is stonger than a woman
