- then identify the emotions that lack control, such as anger, unhappiness,resentment, plessure or fear
whenever you need to display self control you need to repeat the following ;
- i have the power to choose my emotion and thought
- i am incharge of my behaviour
- i am gaining control of my emotions
- i am the master of my life
- day by day my ability to control my feelings and thought increases
- self control is fun and plessure
- take one of the instances where you usually actv like lack of control, and visualize that you are actingh calmly
- you should work hard to develop your willpower and self discipline
